Main Character Energy is a short comedy following two actors attending an open casting call. It follows them as they try to figure out the gender of their characters getting caught up in exploring how vague casting calls can be.

It also explores how daunting the process can be for the actors. The points brought out bring laughs, which help the story flow within a short time.
