Mai Tai

It was inevitable, lots of rain and a little sunshine….. the result… I’ve spent all of today weeding!  Need I tell you but weeding is indeed thirsty work, so for tonight’s Friday night tipple I’m going to make a Mai Tai.  Here goes.

Mai Tai

20ml fresh lime juice
7ml sugar syrup
7ml Orgeat
15ml orange curacao
60ml rum

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and add plenty of crushed ice. Shake. Pour into glass and garnish with lime and mint. Mmm! Have a great weekend and when the sun is shining get out into your garden!
