In this edition of the Mad About Futbol Show the guys talk about the biggest rivalry in the world. River Plate and Boca Juniors renew their rivalry at the Estadio Monumental this coming Sunday’s Superclásico. The 199th league encounter between the two sides had a dose of bizarre, but in the end this rivalry will always have passion and pageantry there to make it a spectacle worth watching.

During this show they take up a great deal of time breaking down the teams as well as delving into their respective subplots leading up to the biggest game of the season as well as talk a great deal about the culture as well as the intricacies of this rivalry.

The guys talk about everything from the ramifications of the game should one team or the other lose and the post-match hysteria when the winning team plasters the city of Buenos Aires with all types of poster in an effort to gloat over the vanquished opponent.

There is also talk about the 2016 Copa América which will take place in the United States with teams from both CONMEBOL and CONCACAF taking part in it. The ramifications as well as the potential moneymaker and tournament that can really change the game in the region for the better.
