Australian beat-maker M-Phazes is on fire lately, producing killer tracks for GOF faves Supastition, Pharoahe Monch and Sean Price over the past year, and now he shows that he’s not a one trick pony with the release of “Is It Good To You” by his side project Camden Arc. The track is a synth and keys heavy production that reworks the classic Teddy Riley & Tammy Lucas tune from the Juice movie soundtrack. This is not what I was expecting next from M-Phazes, but it shows off both the range and creativity of this up and coming producer who has quickly established himself as being a cut above the rest.
