Lunchtime for Tracy & Jack

Oh my I’m loving this. Had no idea what to do with kale so I ripped the leaves off their stocks and stir fried it in coconut oil and sweet onions, then added some beef broth, waited a few minutes and threw in handfuls of raisins, pistachios, and raw pumpkin seeds.

Delicious with a side of shrimp and avocado. The other half of the avocado got smushed for Jack so we could dine together.

Mmm.mmm.good.
