Great as a brunch or a weekend lunch.
- Mix together tuna, sweetcorn, chopped tomato, green pepper, red pepper, chick peas with some garlic mayo, add black pepper and lemon juice
- Add some chopped parsley too if you have some
- Serve on granary toast
- Top with grated cheese, which you can melt under the grill or in the microwave
