Last week I had lunch at the all new CAET Seafood and Oysterette at the Renaissance in Ridgeland, MS with some pretty dope Attorney's.
The seafood restaurant which use to be located in the historic Fondren area of Jackson, moved into the space where the old Seafood R'evolution was once located.
It was two days before Christmas and even though they were busy, the staff was still efficient and friendly. While we waited for a table to become available, they continued to ask if we were okay. I can appreciate that! After a little bit of a wait we were seated.
The menu seems to have changed a bit (in a good way!) I ordered the fried catfish, with fried green tomatoes & mac and cheese.
It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! The only thing I was missing was some blackburn syrup or jam for my biscuit. #SouthernGirl
