If you play on a morning ladies' league, then you know the home teams like to serve up a delicious spread.

Here in Houston, it's strawberry season for about 9 months, so I take full advantage and bring them every time I'm assigned to bring the goodies. One of my favorite strawberry treats are these Creamy Strawberry Poppers. Believe it or not, this is a low-calorie snack that tastes like oh-so-decadent strawberry cheesecake. I make it with a handful of ingredients, so it's a cinch to whip up, and it's less than 150 calories per serving!

Just core the strawberries, add the filling, and top off with some sliced almonds, and you'll have a yummy treat that will have everyone asking for the recipe!

These are topped with sliced almonds, but you can get creative and use blueberries, dried cherries, chopped cashews, crushed graham crackers, a sprinkle of granola, or a few chocolate chips.
