It all started with looking up some inspiration on Pinterest, and evolved into a collection of glasses..
It’s here! The glasses me and 6 other bloggers designed for Eyelove (the Eyelove Fashion Collection) is out, available from the 6th of February, and above you can see the result..
It’s been so much fun to design a small limited edition collection of glasses. First of all I never designed anything myself before, and second of all the process was so much fun, interesting and I’m really happy with the result. From looking up inspiration to thinking about shapes, fabrics and actually designing the glasses to waiting on samples and then finally seeing the first ones, doing the campaign shoot and wearing my glasses for the first time.. The process was fun but having my ‘own’ glasses, signed with my name and available on 125 locations nationwide – that’s the best part.
I’m really curious to hear how you feel about them as well. For me glasses, especially sunglasses are an accessory I match with my looks so I love having multiple, but at the same time I don’t find it easy to find a lot of great pairs that match my face well, they’re quite personal.
