Louisiana Man Arrested After Allegedly Licking Ice Cream, Reshelving Tub

In another apparent incident of licked grocery store ice cream, a Louisiana man has been arrested and charged for allegedly opening a tub of ice cream and licking it, a few days after a video went viral of a Texas teen licking ice cream before returning the container to the freezer.
