Loudiyi received instructions from King Mohammed VI

On High Royal Instructions, Abdellatif Loudiyi, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of the National Defence Administration, took part, on Wednesday in Abidjan, in the festivities commemorating the 59th anniversary of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire’s accession to independence.

A statement from the National Defence Administration states that Loudiyi was accompanied by the Moroccan Ambassador to Abidjan, Abdelmalek Kettani and Brigadier General Fouad Akki, Deputy Infantry Inspector.

On this occasion, a parachute detachment of the 2nd Parachute Infantry Brigade (2nd BIP) of the Royal Armed Forces, outpaced by the Flag of this Large Unit, participated in the military parade organized by the Ivorian Authorities in the circumstances, according to the same source.

This solemn participation is a strong testimony to the excellent relations of fraternal friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire under the leadership of King Mohammed VI and President Alassane Ouattara.
