DC Editor Adam writes…
This year I'm getting SUPER-nerdy with my London Walks.
On Thursday I posted my first set of stats for the year here on The DC, using the iSteps app. Catch up with that post HERE.
The plan is to measure all my London Walks tours as a rough guide for those London Walkers and Daily Constitutionalists who were planning to up their step counts as part of a new year fitness regime.
Yesterday I measured the Rock & Roll London Walk – 3,300 steps over 1.7 miles.
Pretty healthy for a walk that deals with such unhealthy characters!
#LondonWalks Counting Steps #Walking for #Fitness Tonight I'll measure Ghosts of the Old City and report back.
You can buy the iSteps app HERE.
Can you recommend an app or step counter? Get in touch or leave a comment below.
A London Walk costs £10 – £8 concession. To join a London Walk, simply meet your guide at the designated tube station at the appointed time. Details of all London Walks can be found at www.walks.com.
