It's star of the show Matt Henry with advice on how to walk in stilettos...
"It definitely helps with the balance, pulling up on your legs and I also try to engage my core but because I am playing a woman, a woman doesn't ever stand like a soldier - she sits with the hips so your core kind of moves. If you can keep the pressure going through the front of your feet and push up through your legs, you're more stable. Well, that's what I find anyway."
