Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco, formerly of Society Café Encore and Wynn’s SW Steakhouse in Las Vegas creates artful American cuisine with Arizona flare and blends local produce with European influences. Pacheco is fully committed to using only the freshest ingredients, working exclusively with suppliers of natural or organic products in addition to overseeing Lon's one-acre organic garden located just outside the kitchen.
In addition, Lon’s has a subterranean cellar that offers private wine tastings and dinners displaying their extensive wine collection.
