Personally, I'm not too keen on the reporting programme's blatant editorial slant that, "This is a business," and "Global warming is real," but the intention is certainly in the right direction: living in harmony with THE SUN and THE LAND and PUTTING BACK WHAT YOU'VE TAKEN FROM BOTH.

The Dervaes family grows over 400 species of plants, 4,300 pounds of vegetable food, 900 chicken and 1,000 duck eggs, 25 lbs of honey, plus seasonal fruits throughout the year.
From 1/10th of an acre, four people manage to get over 90% of their daily food and the family reports earnings of $20,000 per year (AFTER they eat from what is produced). This is done without the use of the expensive & destructive synthetic chemicals associated with industrial mono-cropping, while simultaneously improving the fertility and overall condition of the land being used to grow this food on. As mentioned in an earlier Free Planet Blogpost STEALTH LIVING, all that's missing from this homesteading equation is the ability of man to move freely about HIS PLANET that he is the Custodian of/for. Once country, profit, rent, rates, wages, insurance, prison and all the other Empire scams have been eradicated from our Free Planet, then we can all be this self-sustaining.
Personally, I can't work out how the cops haven't raided that 'permitless farming unit' yet, such is the Corporate War Tyranny for PROFIT and SLAVERY upon You The People these days. Gad sheesh!
