Lockout Update: Talks Have Been Held Secretly, Will Know More Tonight

Lockout update: Talks have been held secretly, will know more tonightWOW! NEWS! REAL NEWS!
Now to the news:
Negotiations began yesterday behind closed doors and out of the media in order to advance. No exact pinpoint on how they've gotten so far. After the owners latest offer and the players sort of saying they'll do a 50-50 BRI split makes the chances of this even better. Another factor that without the heated spaces between Billy Hunter and Derek Fisher are now void, there's a possibility that we could move even further. (Adrian Wojnarowski reported D-Fish won't be in attendance.)
David Boies (the new head of the "players' group"? I guess you could say) is trying to set this thing to move forward.
Now to Stern. Why did he send the memo to keep the two sides hush hush on the newly scheduled meetings? The answer     or at least what I think the answer is     is that when so much attention is drawn to the events and so many people say so many different things, you get confused. Maybe that's what caused our precious NBPA to "fold" their deal of cards. Yes, these guys are professionals (somewhat). But they're humans too.
Apparently the word's been that things went a little shaky yesterday while hopping back on the horse     which to me makes immense sense. Like I mentioned, no temperature has been given on today's nuclear winter... But I think it may just be warming up. Global warming? Nope. Progress.
With all that said, I plead this to everyone presently active in the meeting room: please don't allow yet another negotiation melt/breakdown.
That's it for now. We will keep you updated through the weekend.
