This Hercules performs a flyby during the US Coast Guard flight demonstration at the California Capital Airshow.  The HC-130 is an extended-range, search and rescue (SAR) version of the venerable Hercules military transport, the USCG operates 21 of these HC-130H aircraft from four bases around the United States (one being Sacramento).  In July 2015, it was announced that the U.S. Forest Service will be receiving some of the Coast Guard HC-130H aircraft to use as aerial fire retardant drop tankers as the USCG replaces the HC-130H with HC-130J and HC-27J Spartan aircraft.  Nikon D70s w/80-200mm.
