A stealthy F-117 rolls out after a dusk landing after a flight performance during the 2007 Aviation Nation airshow. Photo is dark and soft but still one of the few opportunities I’ve had to photograph a Nighthawk in action. First flown in 1981, the fleet of stealthy aircraft was retired in 2008. Sixty-four F-117s were built, 59 of which were production versions with the other five being demonstrators/prototypes. Nikon D70s w/70-300mm.
