We're back after a few technical difficulties for the third edition of Lockdown Get-Down! More fun fanfare comes to us this week with lots of musical livestreams as well as a few comedy picks. Be sure to check out our first two episodes of Lockdown Get-down below as well, as many of the things we've already listed are still going on. In last week's episode, there's also a comprehensive list of charities to donate to and help out if you can. Now let's see what's up for this week!
Always a popular category, there are more and more things to watch and interact with this week, from indoor festies to comedy streams. Entertainers are determined we don't get bored and they're doing a great job. Here are out picks for this week.
Let It Roll Past Sets Stream Thursdays - Let It Roll is the largest drum & bass festival in Europe and we're crossing our fingers that they can still operate in their airfield in Prague, Czech Republic this summer. In the meantime, LIR's promotion team has set up a livestream series on YouTube and Facebook each Thursday, covering the greatest sets of each year. Dubbed "Rollin Stream for Charity," last week was over four hours of performances from LIR 2014 and featuring AMC, The Upbeats and Matrix & Futurebound. This week the stream is anticipating even more great sets. Look them up on YouTube, Facebook or under the hashtag #letssavethesummertogether. Radiohead Weekly Concert Streams - Need we say more? Radiohead announced last week on Twitter that they would be streaming concerts starting April 9 and going for several weeks. It's unclear as to whether these will be all past shows like the one streamed on YouTube last week or if there might be some new performances from the homes of the band themselves but either way, it's Radiohead! Look them up on YouTube or check out their Twitter with hashtags #stayhome #withme to get in on the weekly concerts.

24 Hour DJ Set by The Prototypes Benefitting the UK NHS - A lot of DJs and promoters are getting into livestreams that are almost like charity telethons, being on for a certain time to raise donations for a particular charity during that time. DnB Allstars did it last week and raised over $20,00 for their charity. This Thursday, April 17 The Prototypes will be doing a similar 24 hour set-a-thon to benefit NHS Charities Together. This is part of the new D&BTV "Locked In" streaming series, which opened with a set from AMC. Check out all the relevant links to tune in below:

Introducing D&BTV: Locked In
Romesh Ranganathan - Comedian Romesh Ranganathan has been popping up at seemingly random intervals on Faecbook live with random chats about his own life indoors. He talks about all manner of things in his own dry, witty way and they can range from info about the Coronavirus to what's going on with his hair. For a comedian who's made his living largely on his travel show, The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, it's fun to see his rants at home as a reminder that we all are who we are, no matter where we are. Laugh Factory Livestreams - The famous Laugh Factory comedy club in Los Angeles has been closed since March 15 due to the pandemic, but almost as soon as it closed, the Laugh Factory announced they would be livestreaming sets and clips from their favorite shows to keep the laughs going. Check out their YouTube page for the next livestream and to check out lots of funny clips.
Henry Rollins Cool Quarantine Radio Show - If there's one thing we all know Henry Rollins can do, it's talk. Punk fans and literature afficios alike could listen to him talk all day, and now we've got our wish. Rollins already has a radio show on LA's KCRW radio that also streams and is in the station's archive, but Cool Quarantine will be four hours long, streaming each day. That's six hours of Rollins on the days he does this chow! Along with Henry's famous rants, he will be playing deep cuts from his favorite artists and much more. On the first episode last week, he played bootlegs of the Cramps featuring Ian McKaye, another bootleg of a 1977 Led Zepplin concert and original Joy Division vinyl first press. It's a bit unclear how often this show will air but it's probably weekly, as the first one was on April 7. Hopefully the next one will be today. April 14 but in the meantime fans can check out the first streaming episode on the KCRW website as well as the full 500 other episodes of Rollins's regular show.

Salvador Dali Museum Virtual Tour - This is easily the coolest virtual tour we've had on the Get-Down to-date. Set up sort of like the old Gorillaz website with KONG studios, opening the tour presents the viewer with a 3D floorplan of the Dali museum in Madrid, where fans can click on individual parts of the museum to see videos, move around the different rooms and zoom in to look closer at the mastery and madness. Neon Museum Las Vegas Tim Burton Virtual Exhibit - This virtual tour has already passed, as it livestreamed on the Neon Museum's Facebook page last week but fans can still check it out there now. The world famous museum of all the neon signs from Las Vegas's iconic past has extended its "Lost Vegas" series as well as the virtual tours, the Tim Burton exhibit included, so fans can wander the "boneyard" and the Burtons. Random Feel-Good FunAside from livestreams and virtual tours, we found a few more interesting things to keep your mind and body busy and your heart open. From a freeing class to a new skill to helping out, there are even more ways to help ourselves and others during the quarantine.
Training with the Czech National Ballet - "We will dance through it" is the motto all over the Czech National Ballet's website as the actual live classes and performances have been shut down, and also the hashtag they're using to inspire dance-lovers the world over. #dancethroughit, with virtual classes, tours of the theatre and performances from its 80 members. Livestreams with free classes take place on the National Ballet's Facebook page for the rest of the week, as tours and other features will continue until the company can open again. Check out their YouTube page as well for more videos to "dance through" the quarantine.
Adopt a Grandparent - The elderly are not only among the most at-risk populations for the Coronavirus, but they're also probably the most isolated, and that's not just because of the quarantine. The quarantine has, however, inspired a UK assisted living group called CHD (Creating Happiness Daily) Living which will pair willing volunteers with someone living in one of their care facilities. Volunteers can fill out a short form and they're matched up with a "grandparent" based on mutual interests and local proximity, although willing English-speaking participants can volunteer from any part of the world. Volunteers and their new friends can communicate by phone, video call, email or even old-fashioned post. Such a worthwhile way to wile away the quarantine and maybe make a real, lifelong connection. Serato Extending Free Trials - Lots of production softwares and virtual synth companies are offering free or very inexpensive online training. What better time than now to learn a new skill or make the next hit track? Serato is getting in on the fun starting this week with extended free trials and discounts on memberships for its production software. There are also a few deals on the DJ software and hardware.
