Verdict on Lock and Load

Lock and Load is an action thriller following a pair of private security personnel who find themselves involved in a deadly battle. It follows the pair getting involved in a host of fights to make sure the criminals don’t get away with the deadly weapons.

This is a low-budget action movie that you can see if filmed with all of the best intentions. The story is entertaining and does everything you would imagine, and this works fine for the movie. However, with this being low-budget the action never looks realistic, nearly every fight scene doesn’t make any strike look like they connect. Yes, I am aware that they don’t need to actually hit each other, but you have to at least make it look remotely realistic. This holds the movie back from being as entertaining as it could have been despite doing everything to make it a typical late-night action movie.

Final ThoughtsLock and Load is a simple late-night action movie.
