The price of a 12.5 kg domestic Litro Gas cylinder will be increased with effect from midnight today (04), Litro Lanka Chairman Muditha Peiris said.
The 12.5kg domestic LP gas will be increased by between Rs. 70 and 90. Prices of the 5kg and 2.3kg gas cylinders have not been revised and will remain at the current prices according to the Litro Gas Chairman.
The current price of a Litro 12.5kg domestic gas cylinder is Rs.3,470 which will see the increase by Rs.70 and 90.The Litro Gas Lanka Chairman attributed the move to increase the price of the 12.5kg domestic gas cylinder due to the price hike in the global market.
