Lindsay Lohan has some cracked-out thoughts on Harvey Weinstein & his wife
Just know that I feel gross even covering Lindsay Lohan’s cracked-out take on anything, but I feel the need to write this up because LL was trending on Twitter overnight, and obviously, people want to yell at her. Much like Donna Karan, Lindsay Lohan has some very bad “takes” on Harvey Weinstein. Lindsay has been used and abused by powerful and/or wealthy men for years, but let’s be real: she’s also used and abused many people over the years too. I have no idea if Harvey Weinstein ever did anything to Lindsay, but I do know that they sort of know each other, in that he’s produced some of her films, they’ve been at the same events, they’re in photos together, and his “type” seemed pretty specific, and Lindsay fit the victim-profile at one point. Anyway, Lindsay chimed in on the Weinstein drama from her new home – ??? – in Dubai.
On a day filled with explosive news about Harvey Weinstein, the disgraced and troubled film mogul has found an ally in Lindsay Lohan. The actress attempted to throw water on the fiery Weinstein story by posting a series of clips on Instagram’s Stories feature. After introducing herself on her own account with, “Hi, this is Lindsay Lohan” followed by a wave to the camera, the 31-year-old announces that she is “home” in Dubai. Then came a plea to get everyone to stop.
“I feel very bad for Harvey Weinstein right now. I don’t think it’s right what’s going on,” Lohan said. “I think Georgina [Chapman] needs to take a stand and be there for her husband.”
The latter statement came in a second clip added to the same story, this one with an angel emoji inserted under the name “Harvey.” In her clip, Lohan said that she was not among those hurt by Weinstein. “He’s never harmed me or did anything to me. We’ve done several movies together. I think everyone needs to stop; I think it’s wrong. So stand up,” she said, before signing off.

I’m including the video below (which Lindsay already deleted). I mean… she seems high or f–ked up in the video. She’s obviously wrong, she’s obviously a very sad woman, she’s obviously got some terrible thoughts on a lot of different issues. I’m angrier at people like Donna Karan, who obviously know what they’re doing and saying and are relatively sober. Lindsay is just a mess, from start to finish. Maybe it would be best just to ignore her.
