I just love these recipes and the whole Paleo Diet revolution! Gray has come up with some recipes that are bold and creative. They are healthy and simple. The calorie-conscious selections combined with a daily exercise routine will bring noticeable results to both your waistline and your overall health.
All the recipes sound so yummy and the photographs are colorful and mouth watering. I think everyone would enjoy having this book to refer to even if you aren’t dieting. There are recipes for snacks and smoothies as well as for full breakfast dishes that will satisfy every craving. I happen to love coconut in every form and I was tickled to see that it is used quite liberally in many of the recipes. Be sure to check out the incredible 3 ingredient no-bake coconut date bars, they are easy to make and my whole family eats them up in a heartbeat!

Great paleo cookbook from Gray Hayes. The cookbook is well written. The recipes are creative and well explained making it easy to make each breakfast dish. I made the Casserole and they were delicious and everyone asked me to make some more. Next I will try Omelet Bites. I appreciated that each recipe has nutritional value and are all paleo friendly.
