Lil Nas then referred to James' outfits he wore to Coachella, telling him that the photo of him with guys with no asses was "on my timeline for weeks."
In response, James asked, "How did you feel about this outfit?" to which Lil Nas said, "I thought that was great." (!!!)
James then returned the favor by praising the rapper for his fashion sense. He told Lil Nas, "When you were on the red carpet for a brief moment your outfits were so sick, so cool."
As expected, the artists' collaboration sparked many conversations on the internet, most of the discussions focusing on their respective statuses.
But Lil Nas respectfully recalled Twitter users, "2 gay men can do things together without you sexualizing them all."
