LG, after a long delay, has decided to launch its premium segment phone the LG V30+ in India. The V30 was launched globally in August and since then there were a lot of speculations were going on about its launch in India. The South Korean company has now sent out invites to media for the launch event that will be held on December 13th in Delhi. The V30+ comes with the same hardware the LG V30 but with double the storage.
The LG V30+ comes with a 6-inch QHD+ OLED FullVision display (1440 × 2880 pixels) with 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM.
Unlike the previous generation of V series phones (V10 and V20), the V30+ does not have a secondary display. Instead, LG decided to put in a floating bar that houses shortcuts to frequently used apps.
Credits: LGThe LG V30+ has IP68 water and dust resistance certification and comes with 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC. The phone runs on with LG UX 6.0+ on top of Android 7.1 Nougat and is upgradable to Android Oreo.
The LG V30+ comes with a dual rear camera setup and includes a 16-megapixel (f/1.6) primary lens along with a 13-megapixel (f/1.9) 120-degree wide-angle lens. One the front it has a5-megapixel selfie camera with (f/2.2) wide-angle(90-degree) lens. A 3300 mAH battery powers the device and comes with QuickCharge 3.0 support.

LG V30+ Price in India and Availability
The LG V30+ was announced for 998,800 won (US$ 885 / Rs. 58,900 approx.) in Korea in September. While the LG V30+ India price is not yet officially available we expect the price to be around Rs. 54000. While some reports suggest that the V30+ will be priced around Rs. 45,000, We will wait till we get an official confirmation from the company, Till then stay tuned for more.
