LG to launch LG Optimus G Pro in Japan
LG Electronics announced recently that it will be launching yet another new smartphone named as the LG Optimus G Pro which is expected to make its debut in Japan.
A Japanese operator NTT Docomo will be offering the device for the Japanese market in early April. The G Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset with 1.7GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM and a 5-inch 1080p HD display and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. The battery is a 3,000mAh unit which is an improvement from the previous battery slotted in the LG Optimus G. The G Pro also features a 13MP camera, 32GB on internal storage, external storage can also be expanded through a microSD slot.It also supports a LTE connection.
There are no definite words from LG about when the new device will be springing out to the rest of the world but it is likely that the date will be known in the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
