LG has recently announced yet another budget Android smartphone dubbed as the LG Optimus L5 II. The new device is already started shipping and Brazil is the first country to get it. The dual-SIM version of the device is the first one to be debuted. Tech analysis put the selling price at €180 or RM728. Both single and dual-SIM versions of the LG Optimus L5 II will be released to South and Central America first then to Europe, Asia, Russia, the Middle East and Africa.
The Optimus L5 II features a 1 GHz MTK 6575 processor and powered by Android v4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. It has 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage which is expandable via microSD up to 32GB. The 4.0-inch TPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display produces a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels (~233 ppi pixel density)and is equipped with a 1,700mAh battery. At the rear it has a 5MP main camera with resolution at 2592×1944 pixels, it also has auto-focus and LED flash. It measures at17.5 x 62.2 x 9.2 mm (4.63 x 2.45 x 0.36 in).
