Lesson 1147 – Get Out the Vote (please)

After the fact, when the bread is cooling, all of the sudden, her friends are interested in helping her eat it. Um, ‘fraid not – doesn’t work that way.Moral of the story, if you don’t help in the effort, you aren’t allowed to own the final results.

Which is why it is so very important to vote today. If you need to, call someone for a ride to the polls. Go during your lunch hour. Make plans to have dinner a little later so that you can stop by to place your vote.

I don’t care who you vote for, just do what it takes to make your voice heard. Be a part of the effort so that you can claim ownership of the final outcome.
