Lemon Cheesecake Cupcake


  • Topping:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Filling:
  • 2 packages cream cheese (soften)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • zest of one lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Gather all of your ingredients, make sure to leave your cream cheese out to soften a bit and preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Don't forget to paper line your cupcake pan.
  2. Prepare your topping. Mix your flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and melted butter together and set aside.
  3. Now for the filling, mix together the cream cheese and sugar until nice and fluffy.
  4. Add your eggs one at a time, mix well each time.
  5. Zest 1 lemon and add lemon juice and lastly the vanilla, blend it well.
  6. Fill ¾ of the way and dont forget to generously add the crumb topping.
  7. Bake for 25 mins.
