The creator of LSI (Learning Styles Inventory) based his theory on the Experiential Learning Theory believed that people are convergers, accomodators, assimilators, or divergers. Ideally people should use all of these styles but one or two are usually dominant.Although this theory has been around for a long time and is accepted, people are finding out that it has a lot of problems.
