I am thrilled to feature the latest collaboration between O'Neill & the fabulously quirky graphic artist & illustrator Leah Duncan. This Austin native has created a capsule collection that is perfect parts whimsy & grace. To keep the focus on the intricate print of the dress, I decided to keep my look simple. I just added my favorite sunnies & booties, then I was good to go.
