You can only obtain celestial leaves in the celestial plane, you can unlock them with 100b exotic leaves in the exotic shop, but you can only obtain them by killing enemies in the celestial plane

Of course the next question is how to get 100b exotic leaves, and how to kill enemies in the celestial plane, so:
1st – unlock the Golden Leaf: get 10k normal leaves in any area and unlock it in the leaves shop
2nd – unlock the Platinum Leaf: get 10k golden leaves in any area (except abyss & celestial plane) and unlock it in the gold shop
3rd – unlock the Bismuth Leaf: get 10k platinum leaves in any area (except home garden, abyss & celestial plane) and unlock it in the platinum shop
4th – unlock the Cosmic Leaf: get 10k bismuth leaves in any area past neighbors garden (except abyss & celestial plane) and unlock it in the bismuth shop
5th – unlock the Void Leaf: get 10k cosmic leaves in any area past space (except abyss & celestial plane) and unlock it in the cosmic shop
6th – unlock the Exotic Leaf: get 10k strange flasks and unlock it in the strange science shop

- First put some coins into crystal leaves printer: That will allow you to buy crystal fruits
- Second: slowly up the crystal upgrades, so you can start farming with albs.
- Third: keep reseting for decent prestige, and last prestige spend coins all on crystal leaves. In every reset, first get upgrades from all leaves/flasks, then go import combo from gold leaves in the first area, then move to the void. There farm enough to improve your ALBs (only reasonable way to get crystal leaves), then move on to celestial zone.
