The app specialists Nodes broaden their service offerings and acquire Implicit one of the leading Sitecore partners in Northern Europe. The overall purpose is to provide wider solutions for the clients across many digital platforms, without compromising on the bespoke knowledge, that has been built over years and through the strong reputation and position of both companies.

Managing Partner at Nodes, Daniel Højris Bæk explains the reason for the acquisition; “Together with our owner Monstar Lab, we are on an ambitious growth journey. This year Nodes will grow 50% organically, and we have opened offices in three new markets in Europe. With the acquisition of Implicit, we have added even more speed to that journey. Implicit is not just one of the leading Sitecore Partners, but one of the best in the World. They are go-to-guys, when it comes to building complex solutions. Taking their short lifetime of three years into consideration, they have achieved a lot in a short period of time. That fits well to our set of values and company profile. We share the ambition about highly specialised teams, and the ambition of being the best in our field.”

Andreas Green Rasmussen, Managing Partner at Nodes, elaborates the reason why the skills of the two agencies fit so well together: “Today is a memorable day for us. We evolve from being app-specialists into now being able to offer a broader digital offering to our clients. It is a natural progression for our company. Often we see a decoupling between the CMS system and the app system, which can result in a lack of important synergies, which could affect the financial results and efficiency of the company, or create a bad user experience. With the acquisition of Implicit we are now able to give our clients a seamless experience between those two systems.”

Managing Partner at Implicit, Rune Alblas, looks forward to the new setup;
“We look forward to being a part of Nodes. Despite our young age, we see Nodes and Monstar Lab as a natural next step for Implicit. We share a common set of values and ambitions. We have already seen the benefits of uniting apps and web-frameworks on one of our larger financial accounts. This will be a gamechanger for many enterprises. Both Nodes and Implicit are specialists at delivering on enterprise solutions, where a strong focus on UX and a user-centric approach is partnered with fantastic design.”
