Le coq sportif have collaborated with sneaker store, Laced to release a limited edition shoe called Banana Benders. The silhouette used for this limited range is the classic Zenith which is owned and cherished by only a few around the world who could appreciate this shoe's perfect panelling and simplistic beauty that was born in 1988. Besides the name, the shoes bear no resemblance to an actual banana. Rich maroon features as the main colour and accents of dark grenadine sits abreast the shoe's quarter panel, highlighting the hallmark cockerel of le coq sportif whilst pool green echoes an original Zenith colourway. Materials stay true to the original Zenith, utilising the same vintage-look mesh and suede.
