Within a few months of launch in India, Triumph updated their most cheap motorcycles, Speed T4 in four new colors. At first the bike was priced at 2.5 (X-showroom) lakh. But last December, a discount of Tk 5,000 was brought. After the concession applicable, the sale was being sold at Tk 1.5 lakh. But now the price has been settled. The bike is listed on this price on the official website of Triumph India.
Triumph Speed T4 would not be wrong to say the most value for money model in his segment. There is a great deal of design and performance. The bike's new color options are – Caspian Blue/ Pearl Metallic White, Lava Red Gloss/ Pearl Metallic White, Phantom Black/ Pearl Metallic White and Phantom Black/ Storm Gray.
This retro style motorcycle is based on the same platform as speed 400, but the internal part has been changed. It is a 1 cc single cylinder, a liquid cooled engine racing, which can produce 1.5 BHP at 5 rpm and 5 NM torque at 5 rpm. Triumph claims that the power is less than 400, but 5 percent will save fuel.
Triumph Speed T4 bikes are on the list of special features, full LED lighting, smartphone connectivity, semi-digital instrument cluster, traction control system, etc. There is a 5mm telescopic fork on the front and a psychotic suspension on the back. The front and rear are available at 5mm disc and 20mm disc brakes respectively. The bike weighs 5 kg.
