Last Sale Post of the Year, Generate Some Christmas Cash

Posted on the 20 December 2019 by Worldwide @thedomains

Last sales post of the year, a chance to make some last minute Christmas money. I got a few emails this week asking if there would be a post? I want to say this year some have gone well others were a complete joke, people listed trash.

Other professional domainers are looking at these posts not outsiders who don’t know the business. Some people have listed good names and have made sales, I have bought some, Mike has bought some, I have directed a few others I know to look at names in niches they like and they have bought.

One problem I think is people see, “Oh max price is $1,000, so my price is $1,000” But if I made the max price $300 they would submit the same name sometimes and submit it at $300.

This post should be used to blow out a few names at wholesale where you are making some money with no commission, and leave some for the next buyer.

So this post is for any extension, new gtlds and cctlds must include renewal price, and the max price is $1000. You may list up to 3 names. There have been a few who have tried to post more names using a different email address/name same IP all submissions will be deleted if caught.

Names will get some added exposure on Twitter.

The post should consist of the following elements:

  • Name
  • Registrar/Renewal for newgtlds/cctlds
  • Expiration
  • Price
  • How to contact

So not to waste anyone’s precious time, any post that strays from this will be deleted. Examples:

  • More than 3 names listed
  • A paragraph to describe the reasons why someone should buy.
  • Critiquing another poster’s domain name.
  • Listing price over $1000
  • Why wasn’t my post approved? And don’t email if I didn’t see your comment, I didn’t see your email.

No need to post or email why did my comment get deleted?

If you make a sale leaving a comment is appreciated.

To those who have participated thank you, to those who have bought thank you more. Happy Holidays to all of you out there.

Disclosure: TheDomains.com has no involvement in any sale and does not make any recommendations on any name listed in this post. Do your own research on things such as value and intellectual property.
