Chapped lips are one of my biggest nightmares. It’s impossible to apply lipstick over dry, flaky lips because it enhances the lines and makes the lips look very unflattering. My lips get dry to the point where the skin begins to peel off, and it becomes painful. I’ve tried countless lip balms, but none of them could help my cause.
