It is that time of the year when Bangalore gears up to witness Lalbagh’s biannual flower show. Arguably one of the best lung spaces in the city, Lalbagh Botanical Garden dates back to the 19th century and is one of the most popular attractions of Bangalore. Lalbagh flower show is held in honor of Republic Day in January and Independence Day in August each year and this one is the 213th edition of the show.

Before the construction of the glass house, the flower show was held in Lalbagh’s Bandstand. With fascinating themes each time, this one is a must visit if you are a lover of flowers, nature and natural beauty.
