Labour Commissioner Assam Post Details
1. Name of Post: Driver (HQ).
- No of posts: 02 nos. [OBC/MOBC-1,EWS-1]
- Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must read up to Class-X and have a valid 4 (four) wheeler driving license (LMV) issued by District Transport Officer,Govt of Assam and must have recent Government Doctor certificate vision certificate.
- Pay Scale: Rs.14000 – Rs.60500/- + GP.Rs.5,200/-PM.
2. Name of Post: Driver (District).
- No of posts: 05 nos. [UR-2,SC-1,ST(P)-1,EWS-1]
- Eligibility Criteria : Applicant must read up to Class-X and have a valid 4 (four) wheeler driving license (LMV) issued by District Transport Officer,Govt of Assam and must have recent Government Doctor certificate vision certificate.
- Pay Scale: Rs.14000 – Rs.60500/- + GP.Rs.5,200/-PM.
3. Name of Post: Peon (District).
- No of posts: 21 nos. [UR-10,OBC/MOBC-6,ST(P)-2,ST(H)-1,EWS-2]
- Eligibility Criteria : Class VIII passed.
- Pay Scale:Rs.12000 – Rs.52000/- + GP.Rs.3900/-PM.
4. Name of Post: Chowkidar (District).
- No of posts: 08 nos. [UR-4,OBC/MOBC-2,ST(P)-1,EWS-2]
- Eligibility Criteria : Class VIII passed.
- Pay Scale:Rs.12000 – Rs.52000/- + GP.Rs.3900/-PM.
Other Requirements
Age Limit: Candidate should not be less then 18 years of age and not more then 38 years of age on 1st January 2021.
Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India.
Age Relaxation: Category wise age relaxation will be as below followed.
OBC: 3 Years, SC: 5 Years, STP/H: 5 Years.
