Kristin Bauer van Straten (Pamela Swynford de Beaufort) will be attending the L. Ron Hubbard Achievement Awards in Los Angeles this weekend. The actress is one of several celebrities who will be participating in this Sunday’s ceremony to honor the writers and illustrators of the future.
Starting first with the writer’s contest in 1983, L. Ron Hubbard established the competition in order to give talented writers a break. He created the illustrators contest in 1988 since the writer’s one was so successful.
The ceremony will take place this Sunday, April 15th at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles. The house will open at 6PM followed by the ceremony at 6:30PM.
