Posted on the 20 July 2012 by Thevault @The_Vault

Kristin Bauer van Straten and her husband Abri will head to Kenya this summer to shoot a documentary about the situation of the elephants and rhinos in that country.

A documentary about the people, the land, and the horrific Elephant Ivory and Rhino horn poaching that is at an all time high since it was banned in 1989.

The elephants are rhinos are dying, we have to act now to save them.

Listen to Kristin as she explains why she is undertaking this adventure and how we can make a difference together.

To raise the money needed for the documentary Kristin has launched a Kickstarter campaign, many of her True Blood collegues donated signed items in support.

You can check out the goodies here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/90829120/kristin-bauers-out-for-africa-documentary

Please note that there is much more to come, there will be some very unique one-of-a-kind items up for sale or auction, such as a potrait of Stephen Moyer by Kristin and Joe Manganiello’s “sock” to name just 2 special items.

There is something for everybody, you can show your support starting for $2.

Please help spread the word on your social network. And check back often on Kickstarter or on the Vault for new items. The Vault and AllStephenMoyer have the priviledge to auction the Stephen Moyer portrait.
