Kneals Chocolates

By Evette Garside @evette77

Many people dread their post coming. Usually always debts or bills. I however often look forward to it and especially enjoy it when it’s some chocolate goodies.
These tempting treats come from Kneals Chocolates.

Kneals Chocolates began in 2011 and is owned by husband and wife team Neil and Gaëlle. They are based in Birmingham. The chocolates they sell are all handmade and produced in small batches to give the best fresh taste and texture.

Kneals chocolate selections include a range of chocolate bars, luxury box selections, truffles and chocolate gifts such as mini clutch bags. If you are lucky enough to live in the Birminghdk area you can even book a Kneals chocolate party in your own home or have your wedding chocolates made especially to suit your needs.
I live no where near Birmingham but have still been fortunate to sample some rather nice luxury assortments from Kneals.
First some lovely Sea Salt caramel truffles. They come in boxes of 6, 12 and 24 and are just oozing with flavor.

Salted caramel is a flavor I adore and it’s ten times better when infused inside a chocolate truffle. Our recent heat wave meant the truffles had to stay in the fridge but this did not affect the flavor. Lovely smooth chocolate with the slight saltiness really works so well together.

As well as the truffles I have also been feasting on a luxury box of handmade chocolates. Just look at these.

There are 12 individual handmade chocolates in the box. Each with it’s own unique flavor. Flavours such as vanilla, double choc and choc orange along with more unusual flavours such as ginger, lavender and chilli. A perfect gift for any chocolate lover and priced at £9.50.

The chocolates are all decorated finely to high standard and taste amazingly good.
The chocolate can be purchased directly from Kneals Chocolate website
