Kim Porter, the ex girlfriend of Diddy died from Lobar Pneumonia.
The L.A. County Medical Examiner made the announcement on Friday.
Porter had been fighting flu-like symptoms at the time of her death. The coroner’s report, obtained by The Blast, says that a doctor visited Kim on Nov. 12th. According to the document, Porter said she was feeling “nasal congestion, “sweats”, mild cough, body aches and a sore throat. She had a fever of 102 degrees and also noted a “mild streak of blood with phlegm” while coughing that day.
She had also been prescribed antibiotics and IV fluids from her doctor. The report notes there is no history of drug or alcohol abuse.
