Kim Kardashian’s Ginormous Engagement Ring! [Details Inside]

It’s nearly a carat-and-a-half smaller than the center stone of the $2 million, 20-carat engagement ring given to Kardashian in 2011 by her former husband Kris Humphries. But it is said that what it lacks in size it may have been made up by the quality of the stone. Reports also say the new ring is much more expensive than the Humphries ring.

According to E! News, West asked Kardashian’s mother Kris Jenner, for her hand in marriage before proposing with a 15-carat rock from jeweler Lorraine Schwartz at the AT&T Park in San Francisco.

For the big moment, West had an orchestra play his song “Knock You Down” and made the Jumbotron read, “PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!”

After Kardashian accepted his proposal, her family ran out of the dugout to wish the newly-engaged couple well.
