We will become a flame arousing all the service personnel and other people to implementing the decision of the Seventh Congress of the Party.
We will lead the victorious 70 days to 700 days and 7 000 days true to the noble intention of Kim Jong Un to turn the socialist motherland into the most powerful country and paradise of the people to be envied by the world as early as possible.
Cherishing deep in mind the noble expectation of Kim Jong Un that we would breathe and keep pace with him at all times on the road for the people, we will become the true servants who are the most modest to the people and do more things desired by them and beneficial to them.
We will firmly prepare ourselves to be Kim Il Sung– and Kim Jong Il-style political activists and discharge our mission and duty as vanguard fighters of the So’ngun (military-first) revolution in the drive for implementing the behests of the leaders and the Party’s idea and upholding the Party’s policies.
