One great thing about San Diego…. or California in general, is that although it is VERY crowded…. if you know where to go, there is still a lot of country. I love to hear the sounds of birds chirping…. it is such a wonderful sound, very peaceful. I am definitely in no hurry to grow older… but I dream of the day I can sit and drink my coffee in a big country house with a wrap around porch in a rocking chair, listening to a nearby stream… and birds chirping. Love the peace and quiet. Like I said I no hurry for that time, but with a crazy toddler running around, it is nice to get a break from the city.
