The skirt is great in that it's a maxi skirt and because the side slits stop just below the knee it's still nice and modest. It's great for wearing knee high boots, because they can actually be seen!
The top is an old time favorite of mine. The fancy shoulder tassels. Gold and silver detailing turn the top from drab to fab, without overdoing it. It gives off a slight military vibe don't you think?
