Keto OMG Bars
These Keto OMG Bars are loaded with healthy fats and protein, making them a perfect snack for anyone following a ketogenic diet. They're chewy, crunchy, and satisfyingly sweet without all the carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts e

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C


In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, shredded coconut, erythritol, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts


Add almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the dry ingredients


Mix until well combined


Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish, forming an even layer


Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown


Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing into bars
