Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 large eggs
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Add salt, baking powder, almond flour, and coconut flour to a bowl and mix them together
Mix the eggs and melted butter into the dry ingredients until everything is well mixed together
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and put them on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Make each ball a little flatter with your palm
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the top is golden
