Keshia Knight Pulliam Supports TV Dad Bill Cosby On First Day Of Trial

Actress Keshia Knight Pulliam was right by Bill Cosby’s side on the first day of his sexual assault trial. The TV dad/daughter team walked to the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania, arms locked together, and in great spirits.  The pair avoided answering media questions, instead laughed and joked amongst each other.

Cosby took to his Twitter to thank Pulliam for her support and share a picture of the pair smiling. “Thank you to Cliff and Claire’s 4 year old daughter (Rudy) and the Brilliant Spelman Alumnus,” he tweeted. Adding the hashtag, #CameToCourtToHearTheTruth.

Pulliam had discussed the allegations against Bill Cosby on her podcast:

“Okay, let me just say this real quick, cause, you know, I feel you and everyone’s entitled to their opinion,” she said. “But, you know, we still live in a country where you’re innocent until proven guilty. And I understand everything that’s happened, and me being a feminist and believing women. I mean, ‘no’ means ‘no’ and I get that.”

She then said that it was difficult for her to picture any of the claims being true because “that isn’t the man that I know.”
